The Site is provided for informational purposes, to showcase work, to operate a blog, and—where offered—to allow contact, registration for visitor features (such as live chat), and related functionality. You agree to use the Site only in compliance with applicable laws and not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupt services, or harvest data in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Horacio Sapato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100), if you paid nothing.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
